[Rules] Donor's

For those of you not familiar with donor gear, it is an item that you the player pay for using real life money via our donation market to support the server. These items even in their lowest forms hold great power. Some are simple and unnoticeable. Others are godlke, making the wielder almost invincible to all but other donors. These all come with a set of rules for use. A code of conduct if you will.

1. This item may not be used against any player or npc inside a major city. A major city is identified by the fact it has portals to other cities, the mall, and custom hyjal.
- Here are examples of donoring in a major city.
- Equipping the weapon/item to heal during or after combat in a major city
- Using the equipment to cast any spells beneficial or harmful inside or into a major city
- Attacking any player or npc that is inside the city limits while wearing the equipment
- Mind Controlling a person outside the city limits to use donor gear against them
- You may not defend your own city with donor gear
- You may not attack from inside the city to the outside while wearing donor equipment
- You may not use these in a Battle Ground or Arena
- A good rule to practice is...
- When entering or raiding a major city remove the donor gear and equip non donor items.
- Use screen shots for evidence of donor violations.



2. Using the donor outside of an instance is also punishable.
- This operates much in the same way as cities.
- If you are attacking a person that can see or being attacked by a person that can see the instance portal expect punishment.

These rules cover all donation items. All weapons, rings, and armor listed as "FORCE" and the Arcane Stave Set items.



3. Other areas....
- Custom Hyjal is a full PvP area. Donors are legit in this area and may be used without worry.
- The tunnels in Shattrath are considered part of the city.
- The malls are a NO PvP area. PERIOD!
- Camping the opposing factions players will also suffer disciplinary action

Use photobucket, imageshack, or another image upload agent. Either copy and paste a link to a ticket or post the image on the forums under the donor abuse section. Make sure to post this in the first topic as it is the one that GM's refer too for abuse reports.
